Returns & Refunds

We offer a 7-day return policy from the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, with original tags and packaging, along with proof of purchase.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours at ajaneofficial@gmail.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exchanges

Exchanges for size issues or damaged products must be requested within 3 days of delivery and are subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds

Once your return is approved after inspection, the refunded amount will be issued as Ajane Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases. Cash or original payment refunds are not provided, except where required by applicable law.
